Paul Peralta

Paul holds a law degree from the University of Notre Dame and a BA in Government.

He has managed extensive labor and commercial litigation, including representing management in cases under Title VII, ADEA, ADA, and ERISA, as well as in proceedings before the EEOC and the corresponding state and local agencies.

He is currently a member of the firm Moore & Van Allen, PLLC, where he handles civil litigation, labor, regulatory and white-collar crime matters, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, terminations and workforce reductions, and compliance with wage and hour regulations.
