Ricardo Nicolás Loutayf

Lawyer from the National University of Córdoba. He completed diplomas in Civil Procedural Law and Labor Procedural Law at the Salta Bar Association. Additionally, he pursued a postgraduate degree in Contract and Corporate Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina. He is currently a Master’s candidate in Labor Law at the Catholic University of Salta.

He specializes in corporate advisory, including labor, consumer, corporate, contractual, and litigation matters.
